Level B and C projects require that a public notice be mailed to the owners of
surrounding properties within a 300 foot radius, advising them of the project, and
of the date and time of the hearing before the Zoning Administrator or the Planning
Commission. The application must submit the names and addresses of surrounding property owners along with your application materials. Staff will prepare the notice and
complete the mailing. Upon final review, projects are subject to a 30-day appeal period.

300-Foot Vicinity / Radius Map Professional radius map drawn at 1"=100' or 1"=200' scale showing a full 300-foot radius from the subject property boundaries. Every lot within the radius is numbered consecutively (do NOT use APNs for numbering) and land use is indicated (R = Residential, C = Commercial).

Property Owner & Tenant Lists + Mailing Labels

  • Typed list of all property owners within 300 feet (from latest County Assessor roll)
  • Separate list of tenants/occupants using physical addresses within the same 300 ft radius
  • Three (3) complete sets of certified Avery 5160 (or equivalent) mailing labels with zip codes included
  • Labels provided for property owners, tenants, applicant, property owner, and any other required parties

Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification Package" requirements from the Application
