If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will work with you to correct any problems. If the wrong parcel, address, or distance was ordered, fees may apply.

We guarantee all our radius map work, owner data and occupant research. We do not personally collect the owner assessor data. Data is leased from Core Logic and ParcelQuest. If there is an error in the owner name or mailing address, we will direct you to contact your local Assessor office "Address Control" branch and request any changes.
