Radius Map Professional radius map showing 100 ft, 500 ft, or 1,000 ft notification radius (as required by project type – see West Covina’s table). Radius is measured from the nearest edge of the subject property. Every parcel touched by the radius is numbered to match the owners list.

Property Owners List & Mailing Labels Typed list of every property owner within the required radius, sourced from the latest Los Angeles County equalized assessment roll. Three (3) complete sets of self-adhesive mailing labels on 8½″ × 11″ sheets with the Assessor Parcel Number printed on the first line of every label, plus one photocopy set and separate applicant labels.

Notarized Certification Wet-signed and notarized “Certification of Property Owners and Occupants List” exactly as shown on the official West Covina form – the Planning Division will not accept the application without it.

Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification Package" requirements from the Application
