19.670.040 Notice of hearing for legislative actions
All owners of real property on the latest records of the County Assessor within 300 feet of the real property.
Latest 1000' City Package
The project is going through the City of Riverside’s entitlement process and the City has requested the following noticing packet.
Provide a Public Notification Packet that includes the following items: 1) with a map of 1,000 feet of the exterior boundaries of the property 2) an electronic file of an excel spreadsheet containing the list of property owners that correspond with the map; 3) A signed affidavit validating the addresses and dated within 6 months of the public notice mailing date.
Provide a Public Notification Packet that includes the following items:
1) with a map of 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the property
2) an electronic file of an excel spreadsheet containing the list of property owners that correspond with the map;
3) A signed affidavit validating the addresses and dated within 6 months of the public notice mailing date.
Packaged will be formatted to follow the Application Checklist (Item 11)
