Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Submittal Requirements" requirements from the Planned Development/C.U.P application Page 1,3 & 6.

Assessor's Parcel Map
Show the subject property clearly outlined or highlighted.

Mailing Labels for Owners & Residents
The mailing labels must be typed as shown below, in all uppe1·case (capital) letters and must include: 

Assessor's parcel numbers, property owner names, and addresses of property owners within a 300-foot radius of the exterior property boundaries (for all projects).

Assessor's parcel numbers, RESIDENT typed in the "full name" area of the label, and addresses of residents' within a 100-foot radius of the exterior property boundaries (for projects within the coastal zone).

Type the project's Assessor's Parcel Numbers and mailing addresses on 1" x 2 3/4" 1abels on 3-column, 8 ½ inch x 11 sheets (30 labels per sheet) of mailing labels, such as Avery 5160. Use a separate page for each set of labels.

LIST OF PROPERTY OWNERS must include all property owners, their addresses and their assessor's parcel numbers within a 300-foot radius of the property boundaries.

 

LIST OF PROPERTY RESIDENTS (COASTAL PROJECT ONLY)
must be labeled as such as include residents (occupants), their addresses and their assessor's parcel numbers within a 100-foot radius of the property boundaries. 

PUBLIC NOTICE AFFIDAVIT is a signed statement completed by (Express Mapping) applicant's agent stating that the list of property owners, and, if applicable, list of residents is accurate and complete. 

NOTE - the city does provide this service for a fee. 
Standard Mail List Generation $404.25 (Express Mapping charges non coastal $300 & $375 for coastal)

STVR Mail List Generation charged by the city ($684.25), Express Mapping charges $300 for non coastal and $375 for coastal. “Each application shall include a mailing list for notifications to the owner of the subject property and the owners of all real property situated within a radius of 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the Assessor’s Parcel(s) which is the subject of the application along with fees ($684.25).”
