    Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Preparation of Maps and Ownership Lists" requirements from the Application

    PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AND MAILING LABELS
    PREPARATION OF MAPS AND OWNERSHIP LISTS

    Radius Map Scaled 500 foot radius map drawn on each Assessor's Parcel Map Book page that delineates all properties within the radius of the subject property's exterior boundaries. Includes all legal property owners within the five hundred foot radius for public notice compliance.

    Assessor's Parcel Map Locate subject property on wall map to identify appropriate Assessor's MAP and BOOK number. Index MAP (shown on first page of each set of maps) will identify all properties within each specific MAP BOOK and PAGE. Encircled numbers refer to Assessor's PARCEL NUMBER for that specific lot.

    Ownership List Ownership information obtained by referring to appropriate MAP, BOOK, PAGE, and PARCEL number. Provide legal copy of owner's name and latest Los Angeles County left side of the Tax Roll page from which every legal property owner's name and address was derived. Highlight each property on the Tax Roll page.

    Gummed Labels Owner's list (required format) provided with two sets of gummed labels listing Assessor's Parcel Number (APN), legal property owner's name, mailing address, city, state, and zip code as illustrated. Always place the APN number above the legal property owner's name.
