Full Description from the city package (City of Hawthorne)

Packaged will be formatted to follow the Hawthorne Planning Department Supplemental Application Conditional Use Permit requirements from the Application. 

300' Radius Map:
Applicants must provide a 300-foot radius map identifying all properties surrounding the project site within 300 feet. The map must clearly outline all parcels and be prepared using the latest available assessment rolls.

Owner labels:
Two complete sets of property owner mailing labels are required. The labels must include the names and addresses of all property owners within the 300-foot radius, matching the information from the most current assessor’s records.

Special requirement for alcohol sales permits:
For Conditional Use Permits involving alcohol sales, an additional 300-foot radius map must be submitted showing all sensitive uses, including schools, parks, and other alcohol sales establishments.
