We will offer a quote at the completion of the Early Outreach package for the optional mailing. The mailing includes sending out a letter on your behalf. You will need to provide a city approved letter as outlined in the requirements package.

All property owners within a 500-foot radius as well as all occupants within a 500-foot radius 􀀉 from the project site will be sent a copy of the neighborhood letter and the vicinity map in the mail. Any other groups that the City feels should be notified will also receive the letter. This Citizen Participation Plan would give the community the opportunity to provide comments, input, and ask questions about the proposed project. Input from the community will be obtained at a neighborhood meeting to be held at the project site. 

Notice shall be mailed to all owners, as shown on the last available County Tax Assessor's rolls of real property in accordance with the following:
a. When notice is required to be mailed to adjacent property owners, adjacent property owners for the purposes of this section are defined as: All owners whose property abuts the property which is the subject of the hearing and those whose property is located directly across an abutting street, alley, or other public or private accessway, except a freeway, from the subject property.
b. When not specifically designated "adjacent property owners" as defined in this section above, public notice shall be mailed to all occupants and property owners of property located within 500 feet (300 feet for projects requiring an agriculture permit) of the exterior boundaries of the property which is the subject of the hearing or the 20 nearest occupants and property owners, whichever creates the greater number of notices.
