PROPERTY OWNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
*Property ownership information as follows:
a) One (1) copy of an “ownership map” showing all property within 300 feet of the subject property. The parcels shall be identified by the Assessor’s Parcel Number and a sequential number, from 1 to the maximum number of parcels within 300 feet.
b) One (1) property ownership list, indicating the names and mailing addresses of all property owners within a radius of 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the property. This list must be prepared from the latest available assessment rolls of the County Assessor, 630 North Broadway, Room 147, Santa Ana, CA (Hours 8-5, Mon-Fri). The property owners must also be identified by the Assessor’s Parcel Number of the parcel they own and also the sequential number(s) which conform to the number of the parcel(s) they own as shown on the “ownership map.”
Property owner list shall be certified to be true, correct, and complete and the certifier’s signature shall be notarized. (See attachment.)
c) Two (2) sets of gummed labels indicating the name, address, assessor’s parcel number and sequential number of each property owner on the ownership list.
