UPDATED 08/29/2022 all Beverly Hills packages are electronically delivered. The applicant will then need to upload the items (radius map, excel list and mailing list affidavit) to the application.

*The Adjacent Neighbor Mailed Notice Labels requirement has changed. Adjacent Neighbor Mailed Notice: This notice is required ONLY for a project located in a single-family residential zone that requires review by the Planning Commission. If this is applicable to your project we can send the Adjacent Neighbors (within 100') in excel format. We do not include the private courier FedEx labels (since the count will vary for each job). We can provide this the prepaid FedEx labels for an extra fee. This fee will be emailed to you at the time of completion and you can make a decision if you want us to include that as a separate service.

Updated ORDINANCE NO. 21-0- 28A9 on October 12, 2021.  Section 10-3-251: TYPES OF NOTIFICATION

A. Notice Of Pending Action: Notice informing recipients that the Director of
Community Development intends to take certain action on an application in advance
of a final action. (Director Level)

B. Notice of Pending Plarming Commission Application: Notice informing recipients
that a project application requiring Planning Commission review has been filed for a
project located in a single-family zone, multi-family residential zone, or located in the commercial-residential transition zone (commercial or RMCP zone that is located
within one hundred seventy feet (170') of either a residential zone of the RMCP
zone). (Commission Level) 

C. Adjacent Neighbor Mailed Notice : Notice informing neighbors located adjacent to a project site in a single-family zone that an application has been filed for a project
requiring Planning Commission review. Adjacent Neighbor Mailed Notices shall be sent via courier service with the ability to track delivery of the notice.


D. Notice Of Public Hearing: Notice informing recipients that a public hearing will be
held before a decision making or reviewing authority. City Council hearing mailed for commission level mailing.


E. Notice Of Action: Notice informing recipients that a decision making or reviewing
authority has taken action on an application, which begins an applicable appeal

located west of North Beverly Drive, from its intersection with Sunset
Boulevard at the south and the City's jurisdictional border at the north.

Boulevard at the south and the City's jurisdictional border at the north.
