Ten copies of a radius map, drawn to scale, and an electronically formatted (PDF) radius map, showing the location of all properties subject to the application which indicates the location of all highways, streets, and alleys and the location and dimensions of all lots or parcels of land within a 500-foot radius of the exterior boundaries of the proposed use. (The radius must be drawn from all four corners or exterior boundaries of the subject site.)
_____ a. One map shall indicate the uses established on every lot and parcel of land shown within the 500-foot radius.
_____ b. One map shall indicate all ownerships for all persons within a 500 foot distance,
consistent with the names and addresses provided pursuant to Section 6.
_____ c. For Alc Beverage uses, please indicate all existing businesses that sell
alcohol within a 700-foot radius from property, i.e., markets, restaurants, bars, etc.
Provide a radius map indicating properties within 700 feet of the subject property.
_____ d. For Cann. Retail, please also provide one radius map indicating all existing
uses cannabis retail locations within a 1,500 foot radius from the subject property. 

Submitted radius maps must be no older than 30 days at the time of application
submittal and shall denote the 500-foot and 600-foot radius from the subject site.

_____ 6. A list of the names and addresses of property owners within a 500-foot radius from the exterior
boundaries of the areas actually occupied by the use of the real property as shown on the County’s latest available assessment roll. The list shall be accompanied by:
_____ a. A signed notarized certification, as provided by the Community Development
Department; and
_____ b. Two sets of mailing labels, consecutively numbered and correspond to the
numbers on the property ownership list. For Alcoholic Beverage uses, submit
mailing labels for the names and addresses of all property owners located within
700 feet of the subject property.
