Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification Package" requirements from the Application.
Radius Map:
Applicants must submit a Radius Map showing the required distance from property boundaries as determined by the Community Development Director. Acceptable scales include 1” = 100’, 1” = 300’, 1” = 500’, or 1” = 1000’. The map must clearly identify the project site boundaries and all parcels located within the designated radius.
Mailing List:
A Mailing List must be submitted along with the Radius Map. The list must include the names and addresses of all property owners within the designated radius, as shown on the most recent Los Angeles County Assessor’s roll. Mailing labels must be prepared in three-column label format, with two copies provided for review. Additional copies may be required depending on whether the application is processed through Rural Review or Commission Review.
