    Film Permit Notification

    • Filming may be subject to the requirement to provide notice to adjacent residences and businesses within 300 feet of a proposed film location.
    • The notification requirement may be waived, expanded to require 100% written approval, or have the radius expanded or decreased at the sole discretion of the City Manager.
    • Notification shall be provided by the applicant on the Filming Notification Form when instructed by the City.
      • When required, “No later than one business day after filing a permit application pursuant to this Chapter, the applicant shall deliver notices to all residences and businesses within three hundred (300) feet of the property boundaries of the filming location."  The notice shall advise readers of the proposed dates, times and location of the filming as well as any other information required by the City to be included in the notice.
