Property Ownership List: The Property Ownership List contains the names, addresses, and Assessor’s Parcel Numbers (APN) of all property owners within a 400-foot radius of the subject property. This list is prepared from the most recent Los Angeles County Assessor’s records to ensure accuracy and compliance with City of Pomona planning requirements.

Occupant List: The Occupant List includes mailing addresses for all residential and commercial tenants within the 400-foot radius. Each entry is keyed to the radius map to confirm that every affected resident and business receives the required public notice for hearings and planning applications.

Radius Map: The Radius Map illustrates all parcels within 400 feet of the project site. Each parcel is numbered and matched to the ownership and occupant lists. The map is prepared to the official standards of the City of Pomona and is required as part of the public noticing packet.

Pomona Zoning and Planning Regulations: This package is prepared in accordance with Pomona Planning Division public noticing regulations. It is required for Conditional Use Permits, Temporary Use Permits, Variances, and development applications. The materials include instructions for mailing envelopes and affidavit preparation to ensure full compliance with city standards.
