Film Permit - we can provide the list of 200ft Resident & Business List for your notification. We can also mail out your notice for an additional fee.

Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification Package" requirements from the Application

Radius Map: A scaled radius map (300 feet) must be prepared to show all affected parcels surrounding the project site. Each parcel within the radius must be numbered and correspond to the ownership list.

Mailing Labels: Two sets of mailing labels are required for property owners and residents within the 300-foot radius. Labels must be current and updated within six months prior to the public hearing. Additional sets may be required at larger radii depending on the project.

Film & Planning Applications: For filming permits, applicants must notify residents and businesses within 200 feet of the filming location and provide an affidavit of notification. For development or conditional use applications, the 300-foot public noticing certification ensures compliance with city regulations.
