Contigious Property Owners ADDITIONAL ANIMAL CLEARANCE

100FT Package: Minor Use Permit

300FT Package: Minor Site Plan Review, Site Plan Review

500FT/700FT Package: Radius calculated on subject property size: 25 acres or less = 500' radius; 26 acres or greater = 700' radius.
Annexation, Appeal, Conditional Use Permit, Density Bonus Agreement, Development Agreement, General Plan Amendment, Minor Exception, Modification, Planned Development, Reclamation, Specific Plan, Tentative Map, Time Extension, Variance, Zone Change, Zoning Ordinance Amendment

Package will be formatted to follow the "Conditional Use Permit/Site Plan Review Checklist" requirements from the Application for Conditional Use Permit/Site Plan Review/Major Modification/Time Extension.

Radius Map Radius map showing subject parcel(s) and all properties within 100'/300/500/700* feet of boundaries. Indicate Assessor's Parcel Number of every parcel within or touching radius line. List Parcel Number on mailing labels; cross-reference to tabular mailing list if impractical to show on map. *Radius calculated on subject property size: 25 acres or less = 500' radius; 26 acres or greater = 700' radius.

Owner & Occupant Lists Complete lists from latest Los Angeles County Equalized Assessment Roll containing names and addresses of persons to whom property is assessed within subject property and parcels within 100'/300/500/700 feet of boundary. Includes both property owners and current occupants for comprehensive notification.

Mailing Labels Two paper copies and one digital copy of mailing labels for owners and occupants. Labels must include Assessor's Parcel Numbers, owner/occupant names, and complete mailing addresses. Prepared for Planning Commission public hearing notification requirements.

Mailing Label Certification Certification signed under penalty of perjury verifying that attached property owners list contains names and addresses as they appear on latest County of Los Angeles Equalized Assessment Roll. Includes preparer contact information, title, company, and notarization section.
