Radius Map Copy of 200 foot radius map measured from subject property perimeter lines showing all residences and businesses located within the notification area. Required at least 30 days before filing application for Short-Term Rental Permit. Map identifies all properties requiring notification.

Property Ownership List Complete list of property owners and occupants within 200 foot radius from proposed short-term rental location. Used to verify compliance with notification requirements and provide City of Monterey Park Planning Division with documentation of all notified parties.

Mailing Notice Affidavit Affidavit certifying that notice was mailed to occupants of all residences and businesses located within 200 feet regarding the proposed Short-Term Rental Permit. Includes date of mailing, corresponding list of notified occupants and properties, and verification of compliance.
