Full Description from the city package (City of La Mirada)

Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification Package" requirements from the Application.

300' Radius Map:
Applicants must submit two copies of a radius map drawn to a scale of one inch = 100 feet. The map must show the subject property, all parcels within a 300-foot radius, and include tract, lot numbers, street addresses, alleys, highways, and rights-of-way. Each property on the map must be numbered to correspond with the property owners list.

Property Owners List:
A certified ownership list is required, including names and mailing addresses of all property owners located within or partially within 300 feet of the project site. The list must be prepared from the latest Los Angeles County Assessor’s records.

Mailing Labels:
Two numbered sets of typed mailing labels must be prepared for each property owner within or partially within the 300-foot radius. Labels must correspond directly to the numbered parcels on the radius map.

Affidavit Certification:
The ownership list must be certified as accurate and notarized. The certification requires the preparer’s signature, affirming the list is true and correct. Any inaccuracies or omissions may result in the case being withheld from hearing.
