Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Public Notice Map and Labels" instructions from the city.
300' Property Ownership Map: Applicants must prepare a property ownership map to show all parcels within 300 feet of the subject property. This map must be drawn to scale and include the exterior boundaries of the subject parcel. A 300-foot radius line must be drawn around the project site boundary, and all properties within that line must be included. Assessor’s parcel maps may be obtained from the Los Angeles County Assessor’s office to complete this requirement.
Property Ownership List: A legible property ownership list must be compiled using the Assessor’s parcel numbers (APN), including the book, page, block, and parcel number of all properties within the 300-foot radius. This ensures that all properties within the notification area are accounted for.
Mailing Labels: Two sets of mailing labels must be prepared. Each label must include the Assessor’s parcel number (APN), property owner’s name, and mailing address as listed on the most recent assessment roll. A label must also be included for the applicant and for any additional parties who should receive notice of the proposed project, such as homeowners associations or community groups. Labels must be numbered to match the properties on the ownership map.
