    Full Description from the city package (City of Temple City)

    Radius Map Professional scaled radius map showing a 300-foot or 500-foot notification radius (as required by Temple City Municipal Code). Radius is measured from the outermost property lines of the subject site. Every parcel that falls entirely or partially within the radius is outlined and sequentially numbered starting with the project site as “①”.

    Ownership List Typed list of all property owners within the required radius, sourced from the latest Los Angeles County Assessor records. Includes owner name, mailing address, and Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN). The list is numbered to match the radius map.

    Mailing Labels Two (2) full sets of typed Avery address labels (all caps) on 8½″ × 11″ sheets. One label per property owner + applicant/owner label. Each label shows the owner name, full mailing address, and corresponding map number.

    Affidavit / Certification Wet-signed Ownership List and Radius Map Affidavit certifying that the map and list were prepared using the most current County Assessor records and that the radius includes every parcel touched by the notification boundary.
