Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification Package" requirements from the Application
500’ Radius Map: Applicants must prepare a detailed radius map showing all properties located within 500 feet of the proposed project site. Each parcel must be clearly numbered to correspond with the mailing matrix.
Mailing Labels: Mailing labels must include the names and addresses of both property owners and tenants within the 500-foot radius. Information must be based on the latest available Los Angeles County Assessment Rolls. Labels must include property owner/tenant name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN).
Certificate of Correctness: A notarized affidavit certifying that the property owner and tenant mailing list has been accurately prepared and verified is required. This document must be completed by the preparer and acknowledged by a Notary Public.
City Compliance: These documents are essential for CUP application processing and ensure proper public notification in accordance with Paramount Planning Department requirements.
