Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification Package" requirements from the Application
300’ Radius Map: Applicants must prepare a radius map that clearly identifies and numbers all properties within a 300-foot radius of the proposed project site. This map ensures that all affected property owners are properly identified for notification purposes.
Mailing Matrix / Mailing Labels: A complete property owner mailing list must be prepared based on the most recent county assessor’s records. Mailing address labels must include the property owner’s name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN).
ROW Cell Site Requirement: Prior to the installation of a mock-up for proposed antenna structures or related equipment, applicants are required to notify all residents and homeowners within 300 feet of the proposed site at least 48 hours in advance. Proof of this notice must be provided to the Public Works Director. Express Mapping can assist with this and provide proof of notice using Firm Book for Accountable Mail for an additional fee.
City Compliance: The mailing matrix and labels must be consistent with Palos Verdes Estates planning requirements and are necessary for CUP application approval and ROW compliance.
