    Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification Package" requirements from the Application

    Radius Map 500' radius map drawn from exterior boundaries of subject property using 1"=300' scale base map. Project site is highlighted or outlined with all lots within the radius clearly shown for public hearing notification compliance.

    Address Labels Original 8½" x 11" self-sticking address label sheets containing property owner names, complete addresses, and Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN). Includes applicant representative and any additional persons to be notified of the hearing. Sourced from latest LA County assessment roll.

    Duplicate Label Set One complete set of address labels for City envelope attachment plus one identical copy for your records. Both sets formatted to exact Manhattan Beach specifications for planning department submission.
