300-foot property ownership list:
Applicants must prepare a certified list of property owner names, mailing addresses, and mailing labels for all properties located wholly or partially within 300 feet of the project site. This includes properties outside the City of Lakewood boundaries if they fall within the radius. The list must be compiled from the latest Los Angeles County Tax Assessor rolls, numbered to match the map, signed, and certified. An inaccurate or incomplete list may result in removal or rehearing of the case.
Radius maps (300 feet):
Applicants must submit one map drawn to scale (minimum 1” = 200 ft) showing the subject property and all properties within 300 feet. The map must include tract and lot numbers, streets, highways, alleys, and rights-of-way. Each lot must be dimensioned and numbered to correspond with the property ownership list.
Zoning and land use map (500 feet):
In addition to the 300-foot radius map, applicants must also submit a land use and zoning map showing all types of zoning designations within a 500-foot radius of the subject property. This ensures the Planning Department can review surrounding zoning impacts.
