Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification Package" requirements from the Application.
300-foot radius map:
Applicants are required to provide a radius map covering all properties located within 300 feet of the project site. This requirement applies to several types of applications, including condominium conversions, community apartment conversions, and wireless facility installations.
Owner and occupant mailing list:
Proof must be provided that notice of the application has been mailed to all property owners and occupants of real property within the 300-foot radius. For multifamily dwellings with ten or more units, notice must also be mailed to the resident manager.
Event notifications:
For residential events, permittees must notify all residents within a 300-foot radius of the event location at least 72 hours in advance. The notice must include the event date, time, and a contact telephone number for the permittee.
