Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Public Notice Requirements" from the General Application Filing Requirements Submittal Checklist.
500' Property Ownership List: A property ownership list must be submitted containing the names, addresses, and assessor’s parcel numbers (APN) of all real property owners within a 500-foot radius of the project site, measured from the exterior boundaries of the subject property. The list must be prepared using the latest equalized assessment roll of Los Angeles County and include the applicant, property owner, and representative.
Mailing Envelopes: One set of stamped business-size envelopes are required. Each envelope must include the name and address of each property owner listed on the mailing list. The return address must state: “City of Calabasas, Planning Division, 100 Civic Center Way, Calabasas, CA 91302.”
500' Radius Map: A radius map must be prepared to illustrate the 500-foot boundary around the subject property and all parcels within that radius. Copies of the Assessor’s parcel maps will be accepted to meet this requirement.
