Packaged will be formatted to follow the Ownership Map/Property Owners List requirements sheet

300' Radius Map: A radius map must clearly show all properties located within 300 feet of the project site. The map may be a copy of the City Atlas Map at a scale of 1” = 200’. A radius line of 300 feet (equivalent to 1 ½ inch on the Atlas Map) must be drawn from the exterior boundaries of the project site. Each parcel within this area must be numbered so that it corresponds with the Property Owner/Occupant List.

Property Owner/Occupant List: Applicants must provide a complete list of all property owners and occupants within the 300-foot radius of the project site as shown on the Ownership Map. Two (2) sets of gummed mailing labels must be prepared, including labels for the applicant and the owner of the subject property. Each label must contain the owner’s name and address, and all labels must be numbered to match the parcels on the map. The information must be taken from the latest Los Angeles County Assessor’s roll.

Notarized Affidavit: The individual preparing the Property Owner/Occupant List must sign an affidavit certifying that the names and addresses on the list are accurate. This affidavit must be notarized and submitted with the application to comply with Baldwin Park’s land use entitlement requirements.
