Azusa 300’ Radius Map, Mailing List and Mailing Labels

Updated 08/18/2022 per Manuel Muñoz, the applicant can either submit the radius map or pay $240 for the City to provide the service. Express Mapping charges $200 for this service.

Packaged will be formatted to follow the Application instructions (Variance, Use Permit, Minor Variance, Minor Use or Design Review).

300' Radius Map: A radius map must clearly identify all property owners located within 300 feet of the subject property. Each parcel of land within this boundary must be numbered so that it directly corresponds to the information shown on the property owners mailing labels. This ensures consistency between the map and the notification list.

Property Owners (Mailing Labels): Applicants must submit two complete sets of mailing address labels along with the radius map. Each label must include the property owner’s name, street number, city, state, ZIP code, and Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN). The labels must include all property owners within the 300-foot radius of the project site and must match the numbering system used on the radius map.
