24.02.100 - Notice of public hearing requirements.
Each notice of public hearing shall identify any property involved and give the date and time, place and purpose of the hearing. Such notice shall be mailed not less than ten days prior to the date of hearing in accordance with the following:
a. Appeal of an administrative determination by first class mail to the appellant, to all those previously notified of the action and by personal service to the agency or officer whose decision is appealed.
b. Conditional use permit, special permit and variance application, by first class mail to the applicant, to the owners of property which adjoins the proposed site, and to all those properties within three hundred feet of the boundary.
c. Appeal from any determination by the planning commission: Notice shall be given as required for the initial hearing on the matter.
