    11/01/2022 - Note - City of Mission Viejo has modified the requirements to now include notification of all property owners and all occupants (residential, industrial, commercial). Please note the package does not include stamped envelopes. If you would like us to include the (1) set of stamped envelopes, we can add that on in a custom quote.     Full Description from the city package (City of Mission Viejo)

    Notification Map, List and Envelopes*
    (Envelopes only included in custom quotes)

    1. Obtain copies of assessor map and ownership lots for subject parcel and surrounding properties within a radius of 300 ft. for projects determined to be Categorically Exempt and 500 ft. for projects receiving a Negative Declaration. (Orange County Assessor's Office, 630 N. Broadway, Santa Ana or title company).

    2. On map copy(s), draw line (at correct scale) 300 ft. or 500 ft. as applicable from and around the exterior of the subject parcel.

    3. For properties within this notification area, prepare a mailing list by either marking those properties on copy of Assessor's list or by typing the owner names, addresses/zip and assessor numbers on a separate sheet. If rental properties are located within the notification area the applicant shall provide a list of tenant addresses.

    4. From this list provide (number) of sets of typed mailing labels
