REQUIRED NOTIFICATION MATERIALS FOR SUBMITTAL WITH PLANNING APPLICATION (S), PURSUANT TO 15.70.070.D.1.C OF THE AVMC:
1. Notification Map: Copies of Assessor map and ownership lots for subject parcel andsurrounding properties within a radius of 300 feet for projects (or 100 feet for a large daycare). On map copy(s), draw radius at correct scale, 300 feet, from the exterior of thesubject parcel.
2. Mailing List: For properties within this notification area, prepare a mailing list by typing theowner names, addresses/zip and assessor numbers on a separate sheet. Verify therequired mailing list with the Planning Department.
3. Mailing Labels: From the list, provide two (2) sets of mailing labels. Do not put the labels onenvelopes. Postage will be charged separately or deducted from a deposit account, asappropriate.
