City of Walnut – Planning Department Public Noticing In order to satisfy public noticing requirements, the Applicant must provide a radius map, mailing labels, and a list of all the Property Owners within a specific radius, depending on the Project type. The Property Owner’s list must be generated from the most current Los Angeles County Tax Assessor’s records and each label must indicate an Assessor Parcel Number for each property. The mailing labels must be certified as accurate by the person preparing the mailing list.

PLEASE NOTE: If determined by Staff during review, the required radius may increase and the property ownership list and mailing labels may need to be updated, if applicable. Further, additional Project Type(s) may also require noticing information as indicated above.
Express Mapping will provide the map, list and labels to meet the following request:
To ensure proper noticing of the Project to neighbors, Staff is requesting that you provide mailing labels of neighboring properties of at least one-hundred (100’) feet around the Subject Property along with a radius map indicating the specific parcels being notified. After delivery of the notices we must allow up to fifteen (15) days before issuing the Approval Letter. You may send in the mailing labels and radius map via e-mail or by dropping them off at the City Hall.
