Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification" requirements from the Application

Radius Map:
A scaled radius map must show all properties located within the required distance (300, 500, or 1,000 feet) from the subject property boundaries. Each parcel must be consecutively numbered, beginning with the subject site as number “1.” The map must clearly indicate lot lines, street names, and all surrounding parcels included in the notification boundary.

Ownership List Requirements:
The ownership list must be typed and include the names and mailing addresses of all property owners within the notification radius. Information must be obtained from the latest Los Angeles County Assessor’s records. Each property number on the list must correspond to the numbered parcels on the radius map. Two sets of ownership lists are required.

Mailing Labels:
Two (2) sets of mailing labels must be provided, each showing the property owner’s name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, and assessor’s parcel number. Labels should measure approximately 2 inches by 1 inch. Each label must reference the corresponding parcel number on the radius map.

Certified Property Owners List Affidavit:
A signed and notarized affidavit must accompany the ownership list and radius map, certifying that all property owners within the required notification radius have been included, based on the most recent assessor’s roll.

Neighborhood Analysis:
Applicants must submit a Neighborhood Analysis summarizing lot and building size comparisons within a 300-foot radius of the subject site. Only properties of similar use are to be included. The analysis must calculate median and average lot sizes and building sizes to show where the proposed project fits within surrounding properties. The document must be provided in Excel (.xlsx) format. Express Mapping can provide an excel for this purpose.
