Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification Package" requirements from the Application

Property Owners List: Applicants must provide a certified list of all property owners within the required noticing radius, as established by the City of Redondo Beach. The list must be prepared using the most recent Los Angeles County Assessor’s Roll and include names, addresses, and parcel numbers.

Resident List: In addition to property owners, a resident list is required that identifies all non-owner-occupied properties within the radius. Each apartment or tenant must be listed separately to ensure all residents receive proper notice.

Radius Map: A scaled map must clearly illustrate all properties located within the required radius (100 feet or 300 feet depending on the permit type). The map must correspond with the ownership and resident lists, showing the exact location of each parcel subject to notification.

Mailing Labels: Two complete sets of self-adhesive mailing labels must be provided, containing names and addresses of both property owners and residents within the designated radius. Labels must be keyed to match the property owner and resident lists.
