Full Description from the city package (City of El Segundo)
150-foot radius:
A map of all properties abutting the subject property within a 150-foot radius is required. The list must include names and addresses of current property owners and all occupants within the 150-foot radius. Two sets of adhesive mailing labels and one copy of the list must be provided, with certification that the names and addresses match the latest available Los Angeles County Tax Assessor’s records. Unaddressed stamped envelopes must also be submitted, sufficient for two mailings to all property owners, occupants, the applicant, and other interested parties.
300-foot radius:
For Conditional Use Permits, applicants must provide a map of all properties within a 300-foot radius, keyed to property owner names and addresses. Mailing labels and copies of the property owner and occupant list within the 300-foot and 150-foot radius must be included. Certification from the Tax Assessor’s roll is required, along with stamped envelopes sufficient for two mailings to property owners, occupants, the applicant, and other required parties.
