500' Radius Map :

Clearly indicate all property owners within a 500-foot radius around the project site and number each parcel so it corresponds with the mailing list. The property owner list is sourced from the latest available Los Angeles County Assessor’s rolls.

Property Owners (Mailing Labels):

Submit mailing address labels with the 500' radius map. Labels must include the property owner’s name, street number, city, state, ZIP code, and Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN). Ensure all property owners within 500 feet of the site are included and the labels correspond with the numbered map. Attach one Xerox copy of the mailing labels. Source the owner list from the latest available Los Angeles County assessment roll.

Notarized Affidavit for Preparation of Radius Map:

The person preparing the 500' radius map and mailing labels must sign a certifying affidavit, which must be notarized. The affidavit should include confirmation that the attached list contains names and addresses of property owners within a specified distance from the project site, based on the Los Angeles County assessment roll.
