Mailing Label Requirements
a) Typed, gummed mailing labels showing the names of the owners of record, the assessor's parcel number, and the address of all owners of property within 300 feet radius of the proposed project site.
b) Sufficient first class postage stamps to cover the cost of mailing legal notices to the property owners for whom labels are provided. Undated meter tape may be used.
c) Signed affidavit of mailing list.
