Express Mapping provides everything required for San Dimas Planning Department applications requiring public hearings before the Planning Commission or City Council, including sign production, posting, removal, and mailing list preparation under the San Dimas Municipal Code.

Property Owner List Certified list of all property owners within 300 feet of the subject property's exterior boundaries, sourced from the latest Los Angeles County equalized assessment roll. Required for mailing notices at least 10 days prior to the hearing; applicant must furnish the certified list to the city.

Certified Affidavit Notarized affidavit confirming sign was posted per requirements; includes declaration of posting location, dates, and compliance. Verifies all public notices were handled correctly; required for Planning Commission or City Council hearings.

San Dimas Planning Submission Requirements: City posts notices in four locations within San Dimas and publishes in newspaper; applicant handles site sign and mailing.
