Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Maps, Mailing Labels and Photocopy of Adhesive Labels" requirements from the Application

Radius Map:
Applicants must submit a radius map showing all properties within a 300-foot radius of the subject property. The map must clearly identify the project site, parcel numbers, streets, highways, and rights-of-way. Each parcel must be numbered to correspond with the property ownership list. The map should be drawn at a scale of 1” = 200’ and can be provided from the Los Angeles County Assessor’s Map Book.

Mailing List:
Applicants must submit a list of all persons owning property within 300 feet of the project site for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application. This list must include the names, addresses, and Assessor’s parcel numbers of property owners and occupants within the 300-foot radius. The list must be compiled from the latest Los Angeles County Assessor’s rolls, typed, and submitted in duplicate sets of gummed labels. An inaccurate or incomplete list may result in removal from the agenda or rehearing of the case.

Mailing Labels:
Applicants must prepare two sets of self-adhesive mailing labels for all property owners and occupants within the 300-foot radius. The labels must include the Assessor’s parcel number, property owner’s name, and mailing address. Labels must be typed and provided on 8 ½” x 11” sheets, in accordance with the format required by the Planning Division.
