Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification Package" requirements from the Application.
Minor exceptions:
When an application for a minor exception is submitted, the Community Development Director must notify the owners of all adjacent properties. Adjacent property includes all lots that directly abut or are directly across any right-of-way from the subject property. Notices are issued by letter.
Small cell design standards – outreach and notification:
Applicants proposing small cell facilities must notify all residents and property owners within a 300-foot radius of the proposed pole location. A template Courtesy Notice, with project and carrier information, must be mailed. Property owners must be provided 14 days to contact the applicant with any questions or concerns.
