Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification Package" requirements from the Application. 

500' Notice Requirement: When a public notice is required, all property owners within 500 feet of the subject property must be notified. Notices must be delivered by first-class mail or equivalent, and must include all persons, businesses, corporations, or other public and private entities listed on the latest equalized assessment roll of Los Angeles County.

Persons Entitled to Notice: Notice must be provided to both record owners and legal occupants of all properties within 300 feet of the proposed project site. Notice to occupants is considered delivered when mailed to the property’s physical address.

Wireless Communications Facility Applications: For all wireless facility applications, applicants must provide proof that the City’s public noticing requirements have been satisfied. A sample notice to affected property owners must be included. Applicants are required to notify all property owners within 500 feet of the proposed installation and also provide notice to any parties who have filed written requests for notification
