Packaged will be formatted to follow the "Notification Package" requirements from the City of Bell.

500' Radius Map: A radius map must be prepared to show all properties located within a 500-foot distance of the project site for alcohol-related applications, or 300 feet for other discretionary actions. Each parcel within this boundary must be numbered to correspond with the Property Owners List. The map ensures that all properties surrounding the project site are included in the required notification process.

Property Owners Mailing Labels: Applicants must provide the names and addresses of all property owners within the required radius, as listed in the Los Angeles County Assessor’s roll. These names and addresses must be typed onto two sets of self-adhesive mailing labels (Avery format). Each label must match the numbering system used on the radius map. A label for the property owner and the applicant must also be included.

Certified Affidavit: The preparer of the Property Owners List must complete and sign a notarized affidavit certifying that the names and addresses are accurate and taken from the most recent Los Angeles County Assessor’s roll. This affidavit must be submitted with the application to certify compliance with the City of Bell’s requirements.
